Component composition
● Copper (Cu) : the main matrix, accounting for about 97.5% to 98.5%
● Beryllium (Be) : 1.8%-2.0%, providing high strength and hardness

● Tensile strength: 800-1200 MPa (after heat treatment)
● Hardness: HRC 38-42 (after age hardening)
● Elongation: 5%-10%, both strength and toughness

● Conductivity: 45%-50% IACS (International Annealed Copper Standard)
● Thermal conductivity: 105-120 W/m·K
● Thermal expansion coefficient: 17.5×10⁻⁶/℃ (similar to silicon chip, suitable for electronic packaging)
● Heat resistance: It can still maintain the tensile strength of more than 600 MPa at 300℃, which is suitable for high temperature environment.
