Kepai was honored as one of the "Top 10 Outstanding Suppliers of Copper Rod Manufacturing Enterprises" at the 2025 SMM Copper Industry Conference.

On April 24th, 2025, Jiangxi, China - At the 2025 SMM (Shanghai Metals Market) Copper Industry Conference and Copper Industry Expo, Sichuan Kepai New Materials Co., Ltd. was awarded the title of "Top 10 Outstanding Suppliers of Copper Rod Manufacturing Enterprises" for its technological research and development strength, large-scale manufacturing capabilities, and customer service reputation. This award was jointly selected by SMM and authoritative institutions such as the China Nonferrous Metals Processing Industry Association, focusing on evaluating the technological innovation, market share, and industry contribution of enterprises. Kepai was the only enterprise from Sichuan Province to be selected this year.

Sichuan Kepai New Materials Co., Ltd. was established in 2017 and is located in Western Development District Guanghan City, Deyang City, Sichuan Province, adjacent to National Highway 108. The company focuses on the research and development, production and sales of special copper alloys. Its main products include tellurium copper, beryllium copper, phosphor bronze and oxygen-free high-conductivity copper alloys, etc. Since its establishment, Kepai has always been committed to the research and development and manufacturing of high-end copper alloy materials. Centering on core products such as high-precision copper rods and special copper alloys, it has built a full industrial chain technology system covering smelting, processing and testing. Its independently developed oxygen-free high-conductivity tellurium copper (OFT) has better electrical conductivity and stronger anti-adhesion properties, effectively improving the service life and material cost of products. It has broken through the bottleneck of copper material dependence on imports in key areas such as high-voltage connectors for new energy vehicles and heat dissipation components for 5G base stations. The electrical conductivity is stably above 95% IACS, and the dimensional tolerance is strictly controlled within the standard. It has passed the IATF 16949 automotive industry quality management system certification and is now supplying in bulk to leading enterprises such as BYD and Tesla.
