Welcome to booth 4D12 Essen(SCHWEISSEN & SCHNEIDEN 2025)

2025-09-15

From September 15th to 19th, 2025, the global welding and cutting industry's attention was focused on the Messe Essen in Germany. As a biennial industry event, the SCHWEISSEN & SCHNEIDEN 2025 attracted over 1,000 exhibitors and more than 50,000 professional visitors from over 40 countries around the world. On this stage that gathers the world's top technologies and innovative achievements, Sichuan Kepai New Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Kepai") made a brilliant appearance at booth 4D12, showcasing its independently developed oxygen-free high-conductivity tellurium copper OFT series and precision parts produced using its materials, demonstrating the technical strength of China's special copper alloy materials to the world.

The OFT-1, OFT-2, and OFT-3 oxygen-free high-conductivity tellurium copper alloys exhibited by Kepai this time are high-conductivity and high-strength special copper alloy materials independently developed by the company. This series, by precisely controlling the tellurium content (Te 0.2% - 0.7%), maintains the high electrical conductivity of the copper matrix while significantly enhancing the material's resistance to melting and welding, machinability, and wear resistance, addressing the pain points of traditional copper alloys such as easy adhesion and short lifespan in high-temperature welding environments.

OFT oxygen-free high-conductivity tellurium copper is widely used in plasma cutting nozzles, automotive electromagnetic switches, high-current connectors, new energy vehicle battery connectors, and semiconductor equipment in high-end manufacturing fields.
- Conductivity ≥ 95% IACS;
- Tensile strength ≥ 330 MPa, hardness above HB120;
- Excellent cutting performance, reducing processing cost by 30%;
- Improved anti-welding performance by 50%, significantly extending the service life of connectors, nozzles, etc.
Currently, Kepai's OFT series has passed ISO9001 quality system, IATF16949 automotive management system, and EU RoHS environmental certification, and has been awarded "Top 10 Outstanding Suppliers of Copper Rod Processing in the 2025 SMM Copper Industry Conference".

As a high-tech enterprise founded in 2017, Kepai has always been committed to the mission of "replacing imports and serving the world". This participation in the German Essen Exhibition is an important milestone in its internationalization strategy. Kepai uses pieces of tellurium-copper alloys and groups of precise components to tell the story of China's material science evolving from "lagging behind" to "keeping pace" and even "leading the way". The Kepai booth is looking forward to and welcoming the presence of every new and old friend. Professional technicians will provide one-on-one communication services at the site to answer technical questions, share industry trends, and make every conversation a collision of value. With a material revolution, empower the future of manufacturing!
